After a thorough study pertaining to the selection of NOC from given 29, what i have understood is that
1. CIO is not bothered about what you have been doing beyond those 10 yeras and neither demands the reference letters for that period.
2. Job title is immaterial but the the initial para showing NOC description and job responsibilities are of vital importance for claiming points under that NOC.
3. If i select an NOC from the given 29 NOC and ask then to assess me under that, minimum one year working under that NOC does not mean that i will be given full 21 points on that, but to get 29 points i should have worked more than 4 years in that NOC.

Please just verify what i have understood is correct !!

Thanks

1. True.

2. True.. The job title does not neccessarily be what is on the NOC, what is of utmost importance is the day to day duties you have performed and make sure it matches or is similar to the ministerial instructions.

3. To claim the max 21 points you need to have had  more than 4 years experience under your chosen NOC. 1 year is enough to qualify you for FSW but  will only fetch you 15 points. To reiterate, 21 is the max u can get for experience and not 29. Good luck!

@ mandiebraxton, thanks for verification of my understanding BUT

"what is of utmost importance is the day to day duties you have performed and make sure it matches or is similar to the ministerial instructions."

what do you mean by it matches or similar to ministerial instructions ??

My typo mistake, yes it is 21 max.
