If you under the old system pre feb. 2008 then you can either claim points according to the old ranking system (>= 7 for high '4 points') or according to the new system that you posted above.

speaking 7.5 + --> 4..

all other sections 6.5+ --> 4

Are you sure?? On the page
 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG72.asp
they say: Speaking, reading,writing 6,5 and Listening 7,5

If you are right it would be very good for me.

listening is 7.5 , others 6.5... i just replied too fast, i guess
