21 it is...

I think this is the reason why I can still get 21 points while using 4141?

4131 College and Other Vocational Instructors
This unit group includes instructors who teach applied arts, academic, technical and vocational subjects to students at community colleges, CEGEPs, agricultural colleges, technical and vocational institutes, language schools and other college level schools. This unit group also includes trainers who are employed by private training establishments, companies, community agencies and governments to deliver internal training or development courses. College teachers who are heads of departments are included in this group.  Click here for a list of Example Titles of this occupation.
Applicants with experience in the following occupations may also be considered under this NOC depending on the specifics of the main duties performed:

    * Instructors teaching non-academic or non-vocational courses (in 4216 Other Instructors)
    * Secondary School Teachers (4141)
    * University Professors (4121

I hope I've interpreted it correctly...

you need to show at least 1 year continuous paid work-ex in 4131.. the rest can be shown in 4141 and you can claim 21 points...

I am not an expert. I have learnt from www.cic.gc.ca, EG7, OP6 and this forum. Use these resources and take your decisions.

Yes indeed, it's 21 points!

I got 6 yrs experience in 4141.
Then, later spend another 3 yrs as 4131.

Thanks.
