When i consulted with few agencies, they all said that u can live anywhere in canada after getting PR issued from quebec.
But is there no restrictions at all to move anywhere in canada?Quebec migration is designed to get the required skilled people lacking in quebec. If u can move anywhere, quebec wont be benefited by giving PRs.
Otherwise, quebec should be the best place everyone looking to get settled. From my limited knowledge, its one of the most coldest place in canada in winter season. Moreover French is their first language. These things would make settlement difficult for a newcomer. So i think there will be some restrictions to move from quebec or may face some hurdles in future.

If anyone knows the exact details, please share it.It would be really helpful..
