Citizenship Test in September 2011

Hello everyone my wife had her test in first week of September 2011 and she is still waiting for oath ceremony.
Please note she also filed for my PR application from Islamabad office in 2010 and that is still in pending.
Any idea what could be the reason of delay for her oath ceremony? It has been 4 months since she gave her test.

My friend waited 8 months after the test for oath ceremony so don't worry...

I know sponsorship from Pak is quiet pain but i was wondering if this could be the reason of delay for oath ceremony. But it's a sigh of relief that it took 8 months for your friend to get an oath.

No this shouldn't be the reason for delay, Some people are lucky to have their oath
in 2-4 months, rest usually wait much longer, I saw one family in local CIC office who waited
about an year after the test and then received hearing with Judge (which will furthur delay the
process for 8-10 months) so hope for the best.

I had my test on Sept 26 in surrey and have still not heard anything yet.  When I called cic they said it could take 4-6 months.  It seems really inconsistent.  One friend of mine had her test on Sept 28 and had her ceremony a couple weeks ago.  Hopefully we will hear soon.

My wife called CIC  yesterday and they said it could take up to 6 months after the test so wait for 2 more months and if after 2 months you don't get oath ceremony then call us back.
I think it varies case to case.
