Experts; please see my question below.

One of our family member wrote the test when he was 54 years 9 months. Did not pass the test but also turned 55. Will he receive a letter for interview with judge or Oath?

Thanks

Hard to say.  They may give him an interview but pass him through it because he is 55 already.  Post back when you know, then we'll know too for the next time somebody asks.
