Unless your daughter is born in Canada, you might have to sponsor her to come to Canada as a PR.  Read this webpage on how to sponsor:

Steaky:

The poster is a Canadian citizen, and lives in Canada.  Does that not mean his child, even if born outside Canada,  is a Canadian citizen too?

The child could apply for proof of citizenship only if she was born before April 17, 2009.  If she was born after that date, she can't get citizenship through descent, 2nd generation born abroad.  She would have to be sponsored as a PR.
