i got my canadian citizenship in 1991,moved to canada in 1992 then moved back to england in 1994,i now want to move back to canada to start a new life,i have a social security number,a citizen certificate,and a canadian citizen id card,my canadian passport has run out will i have any problems when i arrive in vancouver (17 years later )

You shouldn't have any problems but you should get yourself a new passport before you go.  You can apply here: http://www.ppt.gc.ca/form/index.aspx?lang=eng

You can travel with your British passport.  Canadian passport is not necessary.
