CIO Sydney, NS Charge my credit card using form IMM 5620 but no Receipts confirm

Hi All,
Last February I did send my documents to CIO Sydney, NS (application for skilled worker from US to Canada) with the form IMM 5620 which has my credit card information for my payment.
April 26th, I notice that there was a charges made in my credit card “Immigration Canada Fsw Sydney Ns” equal to $550.46 but until now I did not receive any documents for the status of my application even a payment receipt number.

I also tried to look at my email but no luck (both spam and inbox).

Is there any way I can follow up them for the information, any number that I can call?

Dear heres the number for CIC office in Montreal Canada where you can call and get information. All you need is patience as waiting time could be half hour to an hour sometimes.

Just be patient and they shall reply you and tell you all the details just be sure that u dial 9-5 Montreal time

You will get no response over phone or by any letter to CIO...
Do one thing write email [case specific enquiry] through your visa office and write N/A in AOR/file number section. show urgency in the email and tell them that for how long you have been waiting for the AOR. Also inform them about the CC or DD encashement.

You will get an automated reply and they tell you in how miuch time they will respond back. Dont resend any email during that time and wait patiently. You will get you AOR.

Hello,

The same thing with me. I sent my application last May 6,2010. It was received by the CIO on May 13,2010 based on the tracking system of fedex. My payment was charged to my credit card last Sept 7,2010 but until now I didn't received any notice from CIO either in e-mail or airmail. So I have no idea if my application is already approved or not. Did you already receive your notice as of today? Thanks.

My application was received by CIO on 2010/06/22, I was charged on 2010/08/31 and I still haven't received anything from them...

I am in the same boat too. My  application was received on 06/17/10 by Canadian immigration office and credit card was charged on 08/30/2010. Till after that I haven't received any email from them. It seems that everyone is waiting for AOR. I heard that nowadays it will take around total of 5 months to get AOR. So, lets keep on updating over here and helping each other.

I just got an email from CIO

By God's graciousness my credit card was charged today. Waiting for the AOR.

Application received by CIO - October 22
FSW2- Arranged Employment for those currently in Canada (Post Graduate Work Permit)

I also got an email from CIO today. Now, they are sending email for the one whose credit card are charged on 08/31/10. Wish all of you good luck once again.
