Those guys who have not received their first AOR can follow up as below:-

1) Call at +1-613-944-4000, option to choose: 1,2,1,2,1..wait for 10-12 mins ( give details such as surname, date of birth, etc)

2) send an emial to re-london-im-enquiry   @   international.gc.ca giving details of urs such as Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Passport No:, Documents delivery, etc

3) FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca is the email id from CIO which will not entertain ur query.

Thanks coolguy2010

I need to get in touch with CIO to request return of some documents that I sent with an (now retracted) application. Since the application never made it to the stage of being sent to the visa office, I doubt if CHC London can help.

I guess I should send a goold old written letter to CIO.

Whats ur Visa office....?

If your visa office is london, then definitely you will get reply in 1 or 2 week.

Or call directly to CIC and talk to agent.

Coolguy2010

The Visa office for the subject application was New Delhi.

I shall write to CIO and update the forum when I hear back.

Thanks

Hi captain74,

Then you need to write a mail to New Delhi since your VO is ND.
