Hi Members,

            The details of my application as follows

                    NOC Code : 0213
                  Visa Office(VO) : New Delhi
                Application to CIO : 07 May 2010
                    1st AOR : 05 OCT 2010
              Full Documents sent to VO : 27 Jan 2011
                   2nd AOR : 15 Feb 2011 (Letter dated 09 Feb 2011) (File No is same as 1st AOR)

 
          When I checked my Ecas Status it shows the following

         The application was received by Sydney, Nova Scotia (C-50) office. They are Pending Review.

        Can the members give suggestions on what will the VO do once we sent full documents to them?

Raj,

Mine is same as yours. I think it means your application is sent to CIO for processing from NDVO.
The status will change to RVBO (received by Visa office), then to In Process before you get the medicals.

Hi, Mine also seems in the same state

Under Category: NOC 0213
First Application set dispatched (Nova Scotia): May 7th, 2010
Reply received: Sep 29th, 2010
Second stage application dispatched: first week december 2010
A Letter received: Jan 12th, 2011

Since then e-CAS status show "Received by Visa Office" and


We received your application for permanent residence on May 17, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 29, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Guys please suggest.. This wait/delay is killing.... Is this normal or there is something going on inside there...

Hi Raj, you received any updates on your, mine consultant says.. CHC is working on Post June 2010 applications as they have deadline to finish them by this June 2011, as new CAP system is/to introduced. So they not gonna touch May-June 2010 applications till july Sad ....

No not true, it's a fake news you got, look in this forum, lots of new 29 noc after june 2010 applicant get 2nd AOR very fast and even medical also and some get PPR request too fron ND even from Buffalo too, yes they will work fast now because new NOC list will announce in june or july 2011 but still nobody knows about the new list. so wait and watch.

Read the above red line one, its different then  satishsharma case , you got 2nd AOR , then satish have problem with AOR, satish got just CIO review completed one, and yours is pending review from your CHC.

so you both not are in the same situation.

@ Satishsharma, Dont trust on CIC E-case page result, even all CHC also guide to donot trust completly on CIC e-case database, your case is different and will update soon , please try next week after tuesday, or it will take time to update your e-case, if you like you can ask query to your VO.

satish, my is same status we are in same boat but my case is after june 2010 application.

 @ Mukund:: that what I am trying to say Post June 2010 application (New 29 NOC) will be finialised first, as per my news by june 2011, you will have a news by then, Best of luck, Our application (i.e. mine)  May-June 2010 are stuck now till the time they finishes applications received after June 2011 and open/introduce the new cap system of
(as far as I am aware)
Max 20000 VISA/ Year
1000/NOC trade in 29 NOC First come first server and application acceptence closed asap 1000/NOC trade mark reaches.

For you U are in better position than me atleast, Good Luck
