dear friends..
CIO sydney has just approved skilled worker case without AEO as sales supervisor. Now just one problem/confusion arrised:
Approved candidate is in Canada and working in NOC C level category. Does he need to show Proof of Funds?
case was filed on the basis of one year canadian experience as a sales supervisor but after a year he changed to salesperson which falls in C level. No AEO was arranged while sending file to CIO.
Please send ur opinion on Funds bcz in AEO its not required but in this case....

?
thanks
Ok that is normal, he got approved under
category 3 (students or foreign workers who have been living legally in canada for at least one year)
and not 2 (arranged employment category).
The answer for your question is
yes he does need to show them a proof of funds because he doesn't fall under category (2),
only people fall under category (2) are exempted from presenting a proof of funds.
