dear friends..

CIO sydney has just approved skilled worker case without AEO as sales supervisor. Now just one problem/confusion arrised:

Approved candidate is in Canada and working in NOC C level category. Does he need to show Proof of Funds?
case was filed on the basis of one year canadian experience as a sales supervisor but after a year he changed to salesperson which falls in C level. No AEO was arranged while sending file to CIO.

Please send ur opinion on Funds bcz in AEO its not required but in this case....????

thanks

Ok that is normal, he got approved under category 3 (students or foreign workers who have been living legally in canada for at least one year) and not 2 (arranged employment category).

The answer for your question is yes he does need to show them a proof of funds because he doesn't fall under category (2), only people fall under category (2) are exempted from presenting a proof of funds.
