Anyone else notice/have an idea why - the processing times weren't updated yesterday on the CIC website?

Re-applied for OWP: Sep 13 10
FBI Clearance Received: Nov 2 10

How often are the processing page supposed to be updated?
I check daily, pretty much and my date, for parents sponsorship, hasn't changed for weeks (May 9, 2007)

Yeah I noticed and it is really bugging me. I applied for an extension and want to see how many more days I have to wait.
Ughh..I guess I will just have to wait.

At the end of December the visa extension processing time was at something like 88 days, 79 at present.

Actually it says as of January 25, 2010 that it is 76 days but you know, same difference. Lol.

I am just in shock at how low the processing times have gone with it. In October when I received my first extension it took 104 days.

Thats what happens when I don't pay attention Smiley

What I wonder is are they actually the number of days taken before they even look at the application, and are the failed applications turned around faster?

No I think it all goes by the same timeline unless of course they have to return it to you for some reason.

Usually CIC updates their site every Tuesday. Then there is the odd week like this one, where we're still waiting.

I am also waiting for a visa extension & desperately since I am pregnant and can't receive health care through my husband until I have that document! I mailed it Nov. 23rd so I'm crossing my fingers it's here sometime this month considering the time line as of late. I am due April 2nd so I'm cutting it close.
