When it talks about processing times and it states "Processing Applications Received Up To -insert certain date here-" Does that mean that they are working on the applications mailed in around that time right now?

Like my application to extend my stay was mailed in June 31st 2009 and on the site when I look at processing times within Canada and go to extensions it says" Processing applications received up to May 29, 2009" Does that mean that mine hasn't began processing yet?

Also right now it says 104 days for the processing time. Does that mean it is going to take 104 days to process the applications that were sent in on May 29th? I am just so confused. Sorry.

Someone please clear this up for me. Thanks.

Taken from in Canada application times:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/process-in.asp#sponsorship

"You can estimate the amount of time it will take to process your application. Note the date in the column “Processing Applications Received up to”, then add the amount of time posted in the column “Current Processing Time” to the date you submitted your application. This will give you an approximate date as to when you should receive a response from CIC. These processing times include a 10–day mailing period."

I am assuming that is the same as Outland applications times...
