I think this problem is common to North America. I am in the Middle East and it is working. However address in ECAS is not there.

Not working like Buffalo visa office....

Now website and Buffalo VO both are not working...went to deep sleep...

Here I checked with my all servers loated in different areas:

Massachusetts state (USA) Not working.
I tried to open in Boston, Quincy, Springfield site, Lowell Site. CIC.gc.ca not open..

other state servers USA I checked the CIC website:
Lincoln - NH, Albany NY, Princeton - NJ, even Toronto Canada Not working on my all field servers I checked.
even not working from my cell phone, Ipad both have different providers.

CIC.GC.CA is sleeping!!! today...!!!

hey guys Labour day is on 4th September why this people sleeping today!!! (just for fun...)
