Dear All,
I would highly appreciate your help regarding this I send my application which reached on 15 of July on 14 of sep they took money from my account and my nov has now reached it's cap. Wandering what are the next steps.
Further more does it mean I have satisfied all the criteria and they will send me an email or a letter to my address.
I have been waiting for 2 month and nothing from cic.
Please guy guide me.
What is a PER and when do u obtain it?
And is there any chance of returning my document without processing even when they took money from my credit card.
I would highly appreciate your comment and recommendation as I did everything by my self and getting guidance from all of your comments so would like to thank you all for your contribution.

dear lost010,

you'll get the PER [positive eligibility review] / NER [negetive eligibility review] by email.

your CC or BD will be refunded if u get NER.

you should get the PER or NER by, no more than, 90 days after reaching the application.

wait fo the time being.... at least 1 month more,, hope u'll get good news soon.

hope it eases.

Thank you for your response. Just want to know what do they check before charging cc is it just the completeness of application form or do they also check for point sufficiency i.e if I qualify for pas Mark 67.
And what are the circumstances of getting ner.
Thank you

it's hard to say...

my BD was en-cashed and I got NER,, then they sent me a new BD.
when I appealed, they again asked for a new BD....

so, IMO, en-cashing of BD or charging CC, do not indicate that completeness of application is done.

hope it eases. Cheesy

no, you have to send a complete application to CIO at first stage. u have to add IELTS original score paper to CIO with your application, otherwise it will not be processed.

I have attached the original ielts but scored higher in next ielts after I send the documents. I meant replacing it.

do u get the 67 with your old one? if yes,, then there's no need to send a new one.

if no, then you have a problem.

u can share your details with the forum members to understand your status about 67 point! |if u like/want|

# You have two or more university degrees at the bachelor's level and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study.             22 points
# You have a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study.    22 points

3yrs nursing proficiency certificate? is it diploma? university??

3yrs. + 3yrs. + 10yrs. = 16 yrs.? right?
