one good thing is that our file got transferred to LA from Buffalo and the processing speed at LA office is quiet good compared to other local VO's in US.never thought of ordering CAIPS coz LA always respond to our email enquiries in a day or 2 with the actual status and no generic responses.

february 23rd 2012 : In process with received by Visa Office in the inside details. address also disappeare

CHC received my file on 1st June 2010, replied back on 30th Sep 2010, issued me a CHC number in Feb 2011. Since then, I can only see "pending review'' on my status.
I applied under NOC 0111.

Any suggestions??

Can any body inform me how safe is an applicant when his status is cghanged to "In Process" , from application received by visa office.

What are the possibilities of getting Medical / Visa after this status??
