This is a absolute baseless allegation on CIC. If the rejection letter is posted here on the forum we could conclude on this row.
But again the rejection letter could be modified by Nema & co. Embarrassed

I cant write the whole statements of visa consular here; but  mention single line which is enough to understand......

The sentence quoted by Nema is in appalling English and I doubt that anyone with that level of education would be employed at the Delhi office.

I think this rejection was because of the poor quality of documents submitted. If the applicant met Ministrial Instructions-1 at the time of applying, the application would be assessed and processed accordingly.

Hi guys

see this rejection letter:

“You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 1111 - ACCOUNTANT.  Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC- 1111; ACCOUNTANT, including all of the essential duties.

After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of an ACCOUNTANT.  As such, I am not satisfied that you are really a ACCOUNTANT - 1111

It clearly indicates that rejection is due to poor/insufficient documents submitted. Please do not generalise rejection of certain NOCs.
