Dear all

many many thanks for reply and comments. i mean that we are all at risk for being pre June applicants having out listed in NOC. I had mentioned above concerning accountants, finance manager and auditors. Likewise other occupations which are not listed in NOC now have been posed ever higher risk. anything can happen even whatever the status may be in ecas.

In rejection letter they have written that We are now not only considering 67 points but also the overall potentialities of applicants. Now visa officer should be fully satisfied with the applicants' documents rather than point scoring.

God bless you

You answered the question your self, didn't you? it doesn't say that they are rejecting applications on basis of NOC but on the basis of quality of documents and that is not new. If VO have confirmation from employer, banks, and other supporting and still not satisfied with documents he can refuse the case. You mentioned in starting entry to thread that  they are rejecting NOC 1111, and 0111 because no need of such professionals in Canada.

I think its much better to reject applicants those would otherwise needed to wait for 6-8 years.
What would a skilled person left to offer for Canada at the age of 40 when he applied at the age of 32 ??

Yes, my friend, he has indirectly answered the question himself. We need a copy of one of the refusal letters. There is something we do not know and we need to know.

Waiting for the sample.

I hope all of this is a Bluff and not the actual picture! request to the OP to produce sample of the rejection letter. Their immigration policies state that the application will be processed according to the rules & regulations which were in effect at that particular time. Hence, i do not see a reason to refuse applicants by merely saying Canada doesn't need them due to their occupations being removed! very unfair.

This is very annoying rumor. I don't buy it. Applicant's files are assessed based on the ministrial instrution at the time he/she applied. That was very clear in the instruction from CIC. Unless the immigration authorities revoked it without giving notice to the public/applicants, which is unlikely to happen.

Or maybe someone applied with NOC 1111 or 0111 after June 26, 2010 and submitted all documents to CIC, which obviously will get rejected. And of course the rejection letter would specifically state that your NOC is not on the list.

Dear Nema,

You are not saying anything new here for NOC 1111.

Its obvious that if your documents are not proper , then your chances of rejection will be at high risk.

Please don't spread rumours unless you have full proof information from right source.

He mentioned about "We are now not only considering 67 points but also the overall potentialities of applicants"

I don't know what he meant by overall potentialities of applicants. Is this overall potentiality relating to current needed NOCS??

As I already did, we request him to paste the copy of rejection letter if he got any. I wonder if he is not telling the truth why would somebody do that??

Thanks

The sentence "We are now not only considering 67 points but also the overall potentialities of applicants" is is completely ambiguous. The next line "Now visa officer should be fully satisfied with the applicants' documents rather than point scoring." clears the ambiguity.  Cool

waiting for your request to be completed

Thanks
