Yes, they will probably reject whoever they think is not needed to Canadian labor market. If they are rejecting NOC 1111 and 0111, which were on the list 12 months ago, you can only imagine what will they do with applicants who applied before 2008, when the 38 NOC list didn't even exist.

I applied under 1111, my VO is buffalo and i was asked to undergo medicals on 04/24/2011. Its little surprising for me, I haven't read any thing like this and Canadian immigration policies are open to public and haven't read any thing like this.

Well, they are probably taking stronger cases (educated spouse or something).  I don know, I am just guessing.
Maybe examples of those who got rejected could help us to determine those reasons.

It might be right friend. Could you please share what were their e-CAS showing? Were these all in the real 'in process' with the processing start date or fake 'in process' with the save RBVO details? Thank you in advance. Good luck to all of us though there is less hope.

I am aware of the thing that ND visa office is super fast and very precise and they are very much to the point I mean they are only concentrating what is needed in Canada so they might be the first ones who have started rejecting not needed occupations.

This is my sole opinion

Thanks

My Noc was in 38 needed occupations and it remained in 29 needed occupations. Due to privacy reasons I am not disclosing my NOC. Please don't take me wrong and apologies.

Thanks

Hi zulkfal,

u r right.this might be some speculations but not true.If its true, then I strongly believe that those applicants must be the victims of some crooked consultants.I feel sorry for those applicants.

3 of our forum members who belong to the very same category 1111 & 0111 got PPR this month.

Dear all

many many thanks for reply and comments. i mean that we are all at risk for being pre June applicants having out listed in NOC. I had mentioned above concerning accountants, finance manager and auditors. Likewise other occupations which are not listed in NOC now have been posed ever higher risk. anything can happen even whatever the status may be in ecas.

In rejection letter they have written that We are now not only considering 67 points but also the overall potentialities of applicants. Now visa officer should be fully satisfied with the applicants' documents rather than point scoring.

God bless you
