Hi moyrzg, yes I have submitted our application in CIC Singapore but I'm staying in Brunei and I do not need a Singapore Cert since I didn't stay there for a period of 6 months.  May be you could contact the government agency in-charge of PC issuance.  Gook luck!

seems like they took 3 months to give u an AOR and 11 months for medical request
