Hello folks,

There is no update at all for me from Buffalo VO since January this year.
It seems to be totally dead/blocked out for Pre June 2010 applicant. I think they had stopped processing of Pre june application. So I wrote an email to CIC regarding my application  process, the reply is as follows:


Good Morning,
 
CIC is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration levels plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories than room within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the review of applications throughout the year.
We do not anticipate that we will begin to process federal skilled worker applications from March 2010 during the current calendar year.  If we are able to initiate processing earlier, we will contact you.

So the message I took from their reply is there will be no processing this year for the March-June 2010 applications, not sure about pre March ones. Pretty Sad news...

What calendar year?

Until decembre 31 st 2011?

Until 26.june 2012?

Yes, my friend, it is very sad news. At the same time, it is better because they have informed you about. For me i applied since January 2009 and  till date no medicals and  i have sent 2 e.mails and have received no reply.

In my case i is gradually fading away from my mind and i am making my investment in my home town.   They tell lies  and expect us to follow them with  their lies.

Before i applied i read about the 12 months processing time and it will be more than 3 years and nothing is done.  i only regret because of my money i wasted.

I received my CAIPS today after 4.months of waiting.They did not calculate anything yet.They only give me 10.point for my years.I do not understand one thing for my CAIPS and I am asking for your help.What is that mean:

REC'D COPIES OF PPT BIO PAGES FOR PA AND SPOUSE-ILLEGIBLE

the ppt copies are bad quality i guess ... difficult to read information from it

I think th passport  copies both of you sent are not very clear. So i guess you also wait for others to comment. but that is my understanding.

it seems all VOs across world are not going to process pre june applications submitted later than march 2010 in this year..

I got a similar response when i enquired about feb 2008 applicants see the reponse below.
Immigration Canada is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet the immigration levels plan set by the government last fall for 2011. Since we have an extensive inventory of applications than room within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we are not in a position to finalise your application at this time.

as per my understanding from the post..applications receive on or after MARCH 2010 will not be able to process....

but application sent before that period will be processed?

is the time frame mentioned the date we applied or the date where they receive our complete document after the 120 days?
