Hi, My boss just received positive LMO Cheesy and now I'll have to apply for restoration of status, because my extension application was rejected due to lack of LMO(I had to wait more than 3 months for the LMO). Is it possible to apply for restoration of status online, or I'll need to send a paper application? I know I'll need to supply job offer or a contract with the application, but I have no idea what start date my boss needs to put in the offer. Can anyone give some thoughts?

Yes, it is possible to apply for restoration online. You can also apply for work permit online together with the restoration. $200 for restoration and $150 for work permit. You need to scan your LMO, passport and job offer letter.
