My daughter sent her fAMILY CLASS REQUEST application for sponsorship in Oct 23 2009,  TODATE My daughter have not received any response from cic.
WHAT IS THE RESPONSE TIME FOR SPONSORSHIP FOR PARENT FROM CIC

Check out the processing times for Sponsorship here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/process-in.asp#sponsorship

Also, your Daughter could log on to E-Cas, if she has a reciept number. https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en

parental sponsorship takes quite a long time, she might get AOR letter in 2-3 months not earlier.
