Hi Pitt,

the http://www.canadavisa.com/ielts/ takes you to a page that offers a free session as well.  You can take advantage of this even without paying. There are 2 practice session for each.

As was advised earlier, it requires a lot of practice even for native english speakers, so try and practice as much as you can
