No, you don't pay any fees to SINP people. when you will apply to CIC after getting the nomination that time you have to pay fees. I applied for my brother in june, 2010 and still waiting for a decision.

we are under SINP with job offer/existing work permit. CIC took 10 months from submission of complete documents to issuance of visa. I don't think there is any difference if it is under family class or existing work permit, they will look at it as a provincial nomination.

good luck with your application!

Hi rubyalabar,

Congratulations. I am about to send in my SINP application and would like to know if the funds can be in my local curreny or in USD. Are there cases of refusals from the province when all documents are genuine?

Thank you for your help.

Thank you salman123. My hubby is the main applicant and has his degree certificate and transcripts. I have my certificate but my transcript isnt ready, can we just send my certificate along with his credentials?

Should we have had the funds for 3 months? Only just put the funds together. Hope that's ok?

SINP (nomination) estimated time is  8 to 12 months. u can show funds in Canadian dollars r Pakistani rupees equal to Canadian dollars which required, no fee need for nomination process.
