CIC Process after Nomination at Seattle, New York, Los Angeles and Washington DC

Friends:

As we see in this forum that lot of files were originally applied at Buffalo after Nomination BUT after a time these files were transfered at various other consulates in United States like Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Detroit and Washignton DC.

How many AINP SRS H1B's are at New York Consulate?
How many AINP SRS H1B's are at Detroit Consulate?
How many AINP SRS H1B's are at Seattle Consulate?
How many AINP SRS H1B's are at Los Angeles Consulate?
How many AINP SRS H1B's are at Washington DC Consulate?

Please post as this will help to find out that whether they are transferring on basis of your residence or because of Buffalo's workload...
