Hi,

Where can I take the CIC spec photograph in USA. I tried Walgreen's and CVS they have 2X2 size not the CIC size.
Please Advice.

go to walmart,done it

Have someone take them digitally and then crop them to the correct size.

Try this site. It lets you upload the photo and then has instructions to crop and save it. Take the output result and go to anywhere like walmart and get it printed in a 4x6 size to print six copies of 4.5 x 3.5cm.
