CIC phone # to call ouside Canada

Hello dear members of the forum. 
Is there a phone number to call CIC from outside of Canada to find out status of PR card application?  We landed in the end of February, my son and I got our PR cards, but my wife did not.  We currently reside in the US.

You have to call their respective regional Consulates in the US.

Either LA, Detroit, Buffalo, Seattle,  Washington or New York.
