hi everyone
Anybody pls comment and give some insights and advices. It will be highly appreciated.
Last Sept 20, i received a letter together with all of my original documents via DHL. The letter informing me that my application for PR is not eligible for processing. This letter said i didnt have the required of continuous work experience of at least 1 year.
I was shocked with this letter because i had in fact a 10 yrs continuous working experienced.
Then the following morning Sept 21 CIC called asking me if i had their letter dated Sept 19, 2011 and that i should disregard it. The lady who called told me that she is going to send another letter via Post Office on that same day but refuse to reveal the content of the same.(is it an MR ?)
I already did several days checking with the Post Office. Unfortunately as of this date, i have received nothing still.
My VO is in Manila,Philippines, submitted all docs last Sept 28, 2010, Oct 3 i have my 2nd AOR, in process Jan2011
Please advice what should i do next.

hello again,
i become worried because my ecas status have changed from in process to decision made a week after the Sept 20 and as of this date still the same.
And during my checking at the Post office, there is one mail intended to other city but was erroneously sent here in our city. What if mine was not sent properly too. The Post office said they connot be able to trace if ever this happens if the mail just sent as ordinary mail.

the sutuation can only be clarified by writing them an email marked urgent..explain the whoe situation... by the way if whats your status on eCAS?

Anybody, pls give your opinion why would CIC call me saying they will send me a mail through Post office, but receive nothing as of this date,
