CIC Email has problem

Hello Every one

I am having a problem when I try to email to CIC ,can any one validate the following email addresess
CIC email address bounce back my emails. I called CIC but they dont want to talk on phone .If any one used the corrected address pleasae send it accross

Email I used :
Buffalo-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca
buffalo-im-enquiry @ international.qc.ca

CIC send me a latter which has the wrong email address instead of
"gc "it has "qc" after international

Put both email. One in To and one in CC. The correct one will get it.
