The address provided by the CIC website is:

Courier address (no public drop-offs)
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
Fax: 905-803-7392

I believe that several members in this forum have used that address.

But I thought that courier companies (like Fed-Ex and DHL) want a telephone number to call, whereas the number above is a FAX number.

Still, to confirm, the above address is OK to use?

I never realised there was such an address til now, was going to send to the below address but was planning on sending via courier.  Does this mean we should send it to the Robert Speck Parkway??  I'm so glad I clicked on this topic or I'd have stupidly sent it to a P.O Box...

thank you!!  good luck to you too!!  :)

and, i read in other forum's that it is ok to send it to the robert speck address and not the p.o. box... often with couriers they want an actual address and not just a p.o box.

More than that, just put the fax number, and indicate that it is a fax.....problem solved.

Hi

We sent our application via UPS to this P.O. Box address.  It arrived in 2 days and CPC-M dealt with it....  We didn't put any telephone number except our own.
