I can't get through to the call centre today from the 888 number within Canada. All numbers to Toronto work fine.

Anyone else having trouble?

Sometimes the line is so busy that they disconnect you rather than put you on hold. I've gotten that a few times and find it's more annoying than if they just have me wait!

A few weeks ago when I called the Inland Call Center, they would just immediately put on the hold music. They didnt even say "Welcome to Citizenship and Immigration Canada!" it was just hold music. I hung up and kept calling back. I waited for about an hour and got right through. It was odd and the first time I ever got that responce. It has yet to do that again. Not sure if you're getting that too.

Might I suggest using a different phone line just to see if that would make a difference? A cellphone or even a payphone. Who knows.
