this number of  CIO Call Centre telephone number: 1-888-242‑2100
does not work now.

is there any other number where we can speak to customer
service actually I have sent my application to UK and I cant
check my application status online.

so I want to speak with them any idea

The number you quoted is for calling from INSIDE CANADA

If you wish to contact with CHC London for application inquiries over phone, I don't think you will be able to get it. You can contact even by fax, letter or E-mail. Try your luck!!!.

Because its only for people INSIDE Canada.However you could buy a magic jack and then you have a Canadian Domestic number to use but it wont help you inquire about files outside Canada

ok apart from that question the number
which is recived from first AOR
one is UCI

and other is application number

I have put N / A in surname field to my application to CIO

what should I do when click on this

like select identification type and put UCI number
or select immigration file number and put application number

and what to put in surname field
