I ve a feeling they are going to increase immigration quota for 2012...they cant possibly decrease the monsterous backlog just by reducing the cap to 10,000/....they got to keep a cap on FSW, bring on caps on other streams as well & increase the visa quota....that will make a serious dent in backlog inventory...
