My PR application package reached CIC on 5th Jan '09. My banker's cheque was encashed on 14th Jan '09. Haven't heard so far about AOR.
I will update this thread as I have any.

i send my app in nov 08, i received reply in jan 09 stating that my noc do not match the 38 and all original docs and refund will be sent to me in six months
Were you nominated by Alberta? Did you include the nomination certificate or some documents that the province provided you? It sounds like you applied under federal skilled program (not provincial) and that was the reason your documents and fees will be returned (your occupation is not in the list of 38 occupations that Canada wants).

i can echo the same sentiments... its bewildering that no new AORs for past month or more.... trackitt trends seemed to go on pretty predictably till nov 08... but not much aors have been issued to applicants of dec 08... hopefully trend picks up again... my timeline is .... CIC recieved PNP application on Jan 22 2009 CIC requested for correction to application on Jan 31, 2009 Resent corrected application on Feb 2 2009 check encashed on Feb 10, 2009 no AOR recieved from CIC yet ...

Doesn't it take somewhere between 2-3 months to get AOR? We need to chill and relax considering the USCIS timings - which is in months and years for processing each stage. I am contented and quite happy that we are talking about weeks and months for CDN PR. Of course, only threat is job loss that brings eagerness and curiousity about CIC processing timeline.

I analyzed some of the cases entered in trackit site. One or two got their AOR numbers from 2weeks - 1 month time period. Applications sent from August,2008 to November,2008 got AOR numbers before end of the January,2009. Applications sent from December,2008 to February, 2009 not received AOR numbers yet.

Hey chow, I am also analyzing the AOR time line on trackiit everyday....and I am with all my fingers crossed, hopping that mine comes soon.. I also saw that for some people it took less than one month, others one month and a half, but usually it takes 2 months, or 2 months and some days... I am anxiously waiting Ingergacia and Tapak news, once they receive theirs, mine will be next!! Akk I analyzed some of the cases entered in trackit site.
