Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney today announced a new program to help newcomers gain valuable Canadian work experience, a significant hurdle for many immigrants.

Great, that serves 90 out of how many 100s of thousands who come each year? That's way less than 1 percent and much closer to 0 percent.  Sad
I guess they decided they gotta start somewhere.
