I am sponsoring my mom & receive a letter from CIC instructing me to send the additional information to PO box 3000, but as per website instruction for other family class applications it should be PO box 6100?  Kind of confuse which one to follow???

Yes mehmeh, you are wright. The PO box for other family class for CPC Mississauga  is 6100.
I would suggest that as you have received a letter from CPC you should follow that instruction and while submitting the addnl.info please attach a photocopy of that letter. In your covering letter  show their reference and add your message similar to :

 "according to CPC M xxxxx copy of letter attached, the additional documents are submitted herewith as desired".

 If it goes to the wrong place, they will forward it accordingly.
