client is married to US citizen and is holding a current PRC passport.  Waiting for US green card which is suppose to be a temporary green card.  Their cruising out of Vancouver BC, will there be an entry problem?

What's the question?  They're trying to go to Vancouver from the U.S., or they're trying to go to the U.S. from Vancouver?
