China processing times from experiences

Hi I noticed that on the government immigration site it said that spousal sponsorship will take between 2-4 months. After looking at other posts on this forum and trying to match those times to the ones posted on the immigration site, they did not match at all.

My question goes out to those who are currenty or have experienced the spousal immigration process from China. 

How long is or did your case take(ing)?

(I heard a story where it took 2 years in one case)

I read on another form about some people's experiences and it seemed to be 3-4 months on average which matches the posted times. That makes me feel better.
