I have received recently PR.I already came with my 02 childrens at Torento.Now my both childrens (Under 18 years) can not live with me.For the citizan ship,Is it require to live childrens for 3 years ? Pl.help me.

Why can your children not live with you?

Are you asking about your own citizenship??  As long as you are in Canada for the required amount of time, you can file for you citizenship.

To maintain your PR status you have to be in Canada 3 of 5 years.

I knew to maintain PR it is 2 of 5 years!!!

My bad...you are right amy, it is 3 years in Canada for Citizenship

I am asking for the citizanship of my children.If I complete my 03 years out of 05 years and my children will not complete 03 years can they get citizanship ? Pl.reply.

It's 3 years physical presence in Canada out of the previous 4 years to qualify to apply for Citizenship.  And the children will be able to obtain citizenship only if they have maintained their PR.
