You could have applied earlier also after SIN and bank account. You can also apply now. It is about 225 $ per child. It takes about 90 days to process. Mother is the main applicant. Application must have been given at the time of landing or you can get it in any office of service ontario( if u are in ontaria)

I was told $225

If it is $450 per child pm, then you will listen a new baby crying at my home very soon. That is lot of money. Cheesy

Hi Guys,

I am interested to find out about it. If anybody is currently receiving this benefit please let us know. As per what I have read on this link it is just 92 dollars a month and it depends on your salary income.

Hi Guys,

I am confused this is another website. It looks like the government gives you an allowance for rent as well and in this website the allowance per child is 438 a month.

I am confused!
