I have Canadian citizenship.  My children "do not" have either Permanent Residency or Citizenship -- I am going to start the PR process for them but in the meantime if they are in Canada, can my children attend school without paying international tuition fees since I am a Canadian citizen?  Thanks...

I'm not sure about that cause i've been told the school will need some sort of immigration proof before they enrol.
