Hello sir.. Smiley

First of all, you are blessed with a beautiful family with a special child.  God has given you this for a reason.  He probably thinks that you are able to rear a family with a child who needs special care and attention.

With your concern, I don't think the Canadian government has a problem with a child with hearing impairment.  I believe there are also Canadians who have such impairments or who even have worse cases.  If your thinking that the Canadian government might think that he is a liability to their country, then, what are audiologists and otolaryngologists for?  You can have your child be checked by these ear specialists.  Also, I don't think that the Canadian government is that strict and inconsiderate of others.  Your child's case is not a major one.  His disability can be treated or can be given intervention.  He can still be productive if given the right treatment or intervention.

As long as your child does not or will not cause any harm to the Canadian society as well as to Canada itself, I don't think that there will be a problem of him migrating with you guys to Canada.

I hope my comment has helped you and your family somehow.  Take care and God bless you all! Smiley

please check the thread http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t60397.0.html about someone in a somewhat similar situation as you

they won't refuse your application outright based on your son's condition, but what they will do is give you a chance to prove to them that he will not pose an excessive demand to Canada's health system.

God bless and good luck to you and your family!  Smiley
