I would like to know Im Canadain and my child is Candaian we are going for visit out of Canada for 3 month, are we able to take child tax benefits or not ? please explain we didt go any where since 3 years and now we need to go for visit ?

I am not sure how the tax system works for Canadians living abroad. I would start by asking if you are paying taxes in Canada, if you are then it makes sense to be eligible for child tax benefit. If you are not filing for taxes in Canada then it dosent make sense getting child tax benefit.

Yes I do live in canada from 10 yrs and pay tax and work and studay as well...
