Hi

I am canadian citizen. My wife is on PR Card. She gave birth to baby outside canada. So what is the process to bring my child to Canada ?
How long the process will take ?

Your the father, then the child is a Canadian.  Apply for either a temp passport or a citizenship card for the child.  see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/certif2.html  And that all there is.
