Hi,
I am interested in the procedure for Quebec Immigration under the Skilled Worker Program.
My question is what happens in case during the procedure of assessment of my documents (i.e. application for Selection Certificate) or during the time needed to issue permanent residence a child is born? Will this reset the whole procedure?
