Hi,

Under the family class immigration, does a half Canadian child need the medical examination?  I believe that he is a Canadian citizen by birth, and that he has a right to live in Canada, as I do (a Canadian).  Is this correct?

Do I just have to go through the process of getting his citizenship papers, and he is clear of this immigration process?

Thanks for any help!

All you need is proof of canadian citizenship.
