Hi Guys,

Finally some more info regarding the case, i called some canadian immigration office and they told me my client ID. Using that i could check my application status on CIC website.
It seems they have sent me some letter on 2nd July which i have not received. I directly received this cheque. I am writing to the main office in Syndney to send me the letter or Soft copy again to erase all the doubts.
and yes will deposit the cheque without further delay.

Also, can anyone answer this, i applied under NOC 0213. I have a total work-x of 5 years, out of which i have been a part of managerial stream, acting manager, for the last 2.5 years, (though i am not a manager). My duties include, leading team and all of a lead's activities like planning, work delegation, issue resolution, making deliveries. and also things like client interaction, requirement analysis etc.

Do u guys think i can qualify under noc 0213? please suggest if i should try again.

Just  a small notice, you have of course three scenarios (approval, rejection, returning the entire package ):

If your money is not in their pockets, it is impossible anyway to think about the approval case regardless whether they have made a mistake or not.

They cashed your money and sent you a refund  back, so the case of returning the whole package back is also not applicable in this situation.

They  definitly refused the application regardless what was the reason of rejection.

This is a number for "Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada"

How did you get immigration details from this number?

Hi,

When i dialled that number, there was an option in the menu for Immigration services which further leads to tracking of application or to some representative.
In my case the representative helped me out.

As of now my status on CIC website shows "review Completed".
