Hiii Guru, thankyou for your concern. My application is at RBVO stage and visa officer says that my employment letter is not genuine. Vo has given me an opportunity to respond within 30 days. Hope all goes well.

Following are the words from the letter that i received from vo. " I am now completing the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa. It appears that you mey not meet the requirements for immigration to canada. After conducting verifications of your employment, i have credible information which indicates to me that your reference letter dated "may 2011" is not genuine. I am not therefore satisfied that you have the experience as claimed in the letter said to be writen and signed by XXXX( my ex employer) in may 2011. You are hereby given an opportunity to respond to this concern. Before i make a final decision, you may submit additional information relating to this issue. If you choose not to respond with additional information i will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application. I look forward to receiving your additional information. **** please note that no verification call has been made to my ex employer. I think this a standard way to reconfirm my ex employment. Any suggestions forum members  . |

I also applied as cook 6242. From Australia visa office.
My time line is mentioned on left.
I done medical. Nd received by. Visa office sydeny. Received on 10 sep 2011 nd. Ecase update on 15 sep medical result have been received.
21 sep they ask for Canada police fingerprints
Already done finger prints. On 25 oct. And now wAting for. Ppr
Sydeny visa office never ask any documents from me only police checks from Canada
Until now. No verification of my experience
Any body know. Now any possibility of verifying my experience
Plz answer. Thanks

@ guru,, @ harry,, there r quite few chefs n cooks here,,,but they dont reveal their categary .becoz mof unfortunate reason. anyway, i 'd applied at chef's categary,got my PR in 14 months(actually in 7 months).if i can assist u in any way ,will be more than happy. |
